Types of Real Estate Appraisal Forms

Whether the purpose of an assignment is to estimate a defined value of a specific track of real property or to provide professional real estate consulting services we can help. Report (URAR) FNMA 1004: Uniform Residential Appraisal

  • The comprehensive and common appraisal report used to determine real property value.

  • May require a indicated value using the cost approach.
